Forget holds a BSc (Hons) in Engineering and brings extensive leadership experience from roles in South Africa and Zimbabwe, including Director, Projects Engineer, and Engineering Manager. In the UK, he has worked in care and housekeeping and gained hands-on insight into hygiene standards and service delivery.
At Sovereign Way Cleaners Ltd, Forget oversees daily operations, staff scheduling, and contract performance. He leads on client relations, internal audits, KPI monitoring, and business development—ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction across all contracts.
Anca
Health and Safety/Compliance Officer
Anca is a Registered General Nurse with over 10 years of experience in the UK healthcare sector. Her clinical background gives her a strong foundation in risk management, infection control, and safeguarding—skills that are vital in ensuring safe and compliant cleaning services.
At Sovereign Way Cleaners Ltd, Anca leads on health and safety matters, including risk assessments, COSHH compliance, PPE protocols, and safeguarding procedures.
